No matter what you are facing, you will be able to ask any health-related questions and get an answer from a medical expert.

When needed, you can also upload any additional medical information you might have for our team to examine in conjunction with your symptoms so that we have a complete picture of your situation. For example, if you have pictures of rashes or skin conditions or perhaps medication that you're taking, you can attach it to your consultation and our medical team will evaluate it.

Who can use this service?

As an customer, you get unlimited access to this service at no additional cost. There is no limit to how often you can use this service.

How does it work?

You can proceed to complete the form and a doctor will call you to provide medical assessment.

    You can request a GP consultation any time – choose either a video or telephone consultation.

  • 2Phone consultation

    Once your request is submitted, you will receive an SMS and email with a link to complete a brief assessment and book your appointment.

  • 3Video Consultation

    Select the time of your consultation and login to the app in time for your Video consultation.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
